Dr. Larry Faulkner, President Emeritus of the University of Texas at Austin, held a dialog on higher education with Dr. Thomas E. Cedel, President of Concordia University. Scholarships were awarded. Following a short business meeting, a reception was held to honor the scholarship awardees and their guests.
